Local Enterprise Office Kildare - Supporting the Equine Industry in Kildare

Local Enterprise Office Kildare in collaboration with the Irish Thoroughbred Breeders' Association and Horse Racing Ireland ran a Management Development Programme for breeders in January 2019. The program consisted of one day training sessions run over the course of five weeks.

Local Enterprise Office Kildare is happy to provide managers with support as they establish their style and approach to leading and developing their teams.

The aim of the Management Development Programme is to provide managers with practical tools and approaches to effectively manage and lead their employees to achieve shared organisation goals. The knowledge and skills participants acquire through these workshops allows them co-ordinate resources and people more effectively and improve overall management capabilities.
